| We are a dispensing practice. For those patients living outside a 1 mile radius | ||||||||||||||||||||
| of a chemist, our trained staff in both surgeries will dispense any drugs | ||||||||||||||||||||
| and medicines prescribed for you after your consultation. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Repeat Prescriptions | ||||||||||||||||||||
Prescriptions |
Please allow at least 48 hours notice for prescriptions – and do ensure that | |||||||||||||||||||
| you have enough medication when going on holiday or over Bank Holidays | ||||||||||||||||||||
| etc. Please use the forms provided with your prescription to indicate your | ||||||||||||||||||||
| repeat requirements. Placing these forms in the ‘repeat prescriptions’ box at | ||||||||||||||||||||
| reception will ease telephone congestion. Alternatively you can fax your | ||||||||||||||||||||
| request or email it to us (ask at reception how to do this). Phoned requests | ||||||||||||||||||||
| should be made between 10.00 - 15.00 hrs Monday to Friday. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Please pick up repeat prescriptions at Edington after 09.00 hrs. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Woolavington repeat prescriptions can be collected between 10.00-12.00 hrs | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Monday to Friday. Please note however that prescriptions required for | ||||||||||||||||||||
| collection at Woolavington need an extra day for transfer – so to pick up a | ||||||||||||||||||||
| prescription on a Friday it MUST be ordered the previous Tuesday. | ||||||||||||||||||||
