            Travel Advice/Immunisation  
                                         
            Please contact us at least 6 weeks before departure. The surgery is happy to  
            advise you and provide necessary travel immunisations and anti-malarial  
            therapy where necessary (subject to charges, available from reception).  
            Please ask for a travel form at reception. We will require details of the town,  
            country, type of accommodation and proposed dates of travel to assess the  
            risk factors.  
           
 
            Marie Curie Nurses  
               
            Can be arranged to care for seriously ill patients in their own homes on the  
            advice of the District Nurse.  
           
 
            Hospice Nurse  
               
            Attached to St Margaret’s Hospice, Taunton, to help patients at home and in  
            the hospice and give advice and support to families.  
           
 
            Community Psychiatric Nurses  
                                         
            Help with elderly confused relatives and other mental health problems at home.
